What to include in your message
Tell us how many buildings you manage or own, roughly how many suites or units, the property software you use and the systems you know are installed: access control, cameras, intercoms, building automation, Wi-Fi. If a specific problem prompted your message, such as an outage, an incident, an acquisition or an insurance questionnaire, say so.
You do not need technical language. Describe the symptoms in your own words, and we will ask the follow-up questions. If you are a strata council member, mention the strata plan number and whether you work with a professional manager.
What happens on the free consultation
The 30-minute call is a conversation between you and a senior consultant, not a sales presentation. We ask about your buildings and priorities, give you a candid view of the likely issues and explain how we would approach them. If there is a clear next step, we describe it and its approximate cost.
If we are not the right fit, we say so. Some problems are best solved by the original installer, a mechanical engineer or your property software vendor, and we will point you in that direction.
