Practical guidance for property teams
These articles are written for property managers, strata councils, landlords, facilities leads and developers who make technology decisions without being technologists. Each is long-form and built around action: what the issue is, why it matters in a building, what good looks like and how to start. Where relevant, we reference Canadian context such as BC PIPA, PIPEDA and the BC Strata Property Act.
Every article carries an author box and a review date, and is reviewed by Ali Sedighi, MBA, a technology strategist and CTO with more than 17 years of experience since 2007. We avoid hype and unverifiable statistics, we label example situations as scenarios and we remind readers that legal interpretation belongs with counsel.
Use the articles as checklists. Each ends with a list you can take into a meeting, and a short set of questions and answers. If a topic matches a situation in your buildings, the related services and the free 30-minute consultation are a phone call away.
