Property sectors we serve

Eleven kinds of property organisation, each with its own systems, regulations and failure modes.

Sector knowledge shortens onboarding

A strata manager, a REIT and a student residence all run buildings, but their technology problems differ. Strata work is governed by records and volunteer turnover. REITs answer to lenders, auditors and unit holders. Student housing faces a capacity cliff every September. We maintain sector playbooks that cover the platforms, the regulations and the failure points of each, so the first conversation starts from your reality and not from a generic checklist.

Each sector page lists typical pain points, the obligations that apply, the systems we usually find and an example scenario. Scenarios are illustrative and never describe a named client.

Property types are not rigid. A commercial landlord may also run a co-working floor, a developer may keep a stabilised asset and manage it, and a strata manager may serve a few commercial strata. In those cases we combine the relevant playbooks into one scope, so you do not pay twice for the same survey.

If your organisation straddles categories, as many do, use the pages as a menu. A management company that also operates co-working space will find relevant material in both. The services we deliver are the same across sectors; the scoping and the priorities change.
